Cold Lead Cubing Machine
The system is designed to produce pure lead cubic shapes for the Oxide Ball Mill. These are obtained by means of a cold cutting system which allows the elimination of the lead melting process as well as its subsequent solidification.
Lead Cylinder Casting Machine
This system is designed to produce pure lead cylindrical shapes for the Oxide Ball Mill. Lead cylinders are cast on a rotary table fed by a lead melting pot. Fine adjustments of the lead flow from the metering ladle into the moulds allow the control of both cylinder size and weight.
Chainless Lead Oxide Mills
The chainless mills represent the evolution of Sovema’s well-known lead oxide mills. The machine is based on a new concept featuring an innovative drive system. Three versions are available: 30 ton/day, 24 ton/day and 14 ton/day.
