The airflow is blown on both plate surfaces by mean of fan.
The modulating burner is automatically regulated to keep the set temperature.
The speed of the horizontal conveyor can be continuously varied and matched to the output of the pasting machine. The oven has been realized with inspection doors all around the main frame in order to allow an easy maintenance.
The oven is provided with an outlet section equipped with its own variable-speed motor drive to allow an independent speed adjustment.
On request, an alternative shingle-type outlet conveyor can be supplied.
Very thin plates made from regular, low or non-antimonial alloys can be dealt with, without missing production rate due to bending or damage.
