The Spherometer® radius measurement and calibration instruments can be used for concave and convex lenses. The spherometer measures the sagittal height of the curved surface of the lens. Trioptics offers three different types of Spherometers for different use and accuracy, but all includes mainframe components out of stainless steel and supporting balls with an accuracy less than 1 micron.
